How you drive the energy transition forward
- You will work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our projects from our warehouse
- You are in constant communication with our logistics and forwarding partners
- You are responsible for the error-free booking and documentation of orders and delivery notes
- As an interface to our accounting department, you will reconcile transactions and bookings to ensure smooth processes
- You support the continuous development of our logistics and ERP processes
What you already bring with you
- You already have several years of experience in similar positions with a focus on logistics, forwarding or warehousing
- You are a professional in the collection of data and its careful maintenance
- You have good IT skills (MS Office, ERP)
- In addition to a strong technical understanding, accounting topics are also no problem for you
- You are confident in communicating in German and English and are also happy to talk to international colleagues and service providers
