Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Remote/Hybrid Possible

As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) at ENVIRIA, you take responsibility for the technical implementation of our solar projects – from initial planning through to final commissioning. In a key role, you ensure that our PV systems are not only successfully delivered, but also implemented safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all quality standards. You work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external project partners and actively help shape how we technically drive the energy transition.

 

How You Drive the Energy Transition

• You take responsibility for the technical implementation of our rooftop systems and ensure that cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

• You coordinate all project milestones – from planning and commissioning through to any potential follow-up work.

• You support day-to-day operations and work closely with our engineering and construction management teams.

• You ensure flawless quality control in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and internal HSSE standards.

• You communicate proactively with internal stakeholders such as Procurement and Controlling, as well as with external project partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.

 

What You Already Bring With You

• Successfully completed engineering degree, ideally with a focus on electrical engineering, energy engineering, or renewable energy systems

• Alternatively: completed technician or master craftsman qualification with relevant professional experience

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in scheduling and cost controlling

• Very good IT user skills

• Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site project assignments

• German language skills at a minimum C1 level, ideally higher
