Project Engineer (m/f/d)– Remote/Hybrid possible

As a Senior Project Engineer (m/f/d) at ENVIRIA, you are a key part of our Engineering Team. You combine technical expertise with a clear focus on practical solutions and actively contribute to ensuring that our projects are not only planned, but also technically flawless in execution. In a central role, you secure the success and quality of our projects and act as an important interface to other departments.

 

How You Drive the Energy Transition

• You develop smart AC grid connection concepts and ensure that each PV system reaches its full potential.

• As a central interface, you connect customers, grid operators, and internal teams – clearly, solution-oriented, and on equal footing.

• Together with the Sales Team, you assess technical feasibility and find creative ways to turn projects into reality.

• You plan and optimize single-line diagrams as well as protection and control concepts that combine performance, safety, and sustainability.

• You define technical requirements for transfer stations, low-voltage distributions, and metering systems and ensure the highest quality standards.

• During on-site inspections, you identify opportunities, think proactively, and contribute ideas for optimization.

• You keep projects on track by smartly coordinating grid operators and external partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

 

What You Already Bring With You

• Completed training in electrical engineering or an engineering degree in energy technology or similar

• At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of renewable energy, ideally in the context of photovoltaic systems

• Good knowledge of technical interdependencies in the area of grid and system connections

• A structured, self-responsible working style

• Very good IT user skills and German language skills at a minimum C1 level
