- You lead your team of up to 5 people and constantly develop them on a professional and personal level
- In addition to the appropriate sales techniques, you also constantly improve your professional know-how
- You continue to be active with the customer and thus contribute to the achievement of the goals of the entire sales team
- You ensure the smooth transfer of information from completed projects to our operations team.
What you already bring with you
- You have many years of experience in sales and have already been able to successfully combine this with the subject of photovoltaics
- In your previous positions you were already responsible for your own team
- You communicate and negotiate with enormous skill and for you the customer is in focus
- In our sales team we rely on team spirit - for you this is a matter of course
- You like to be at the customer's site and plan your trips independently
- The use of MS Office products is an absolute daily routine for you
- You speak German (C1+) and English (B2+) at a very good level
