How you drive the energy transition forward

Recruiting is more than just the mere procurement of new personnel. We want to continuously improve quality and thus come close to the perfect process.
In your role, you will be responsible for the areas of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, IT and IPP
You will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • You are responsible for the candidate experience within your specialist areas and do not just hire, but are part of a recruiting process that sets standards
  • You work as an absolute unit with your Hiring Managers (m/f/d). You coach each other and develop an excellent process
  • Together with the team, you will develop meaningful KPIs that document the quality of our recruiting
  • You will not only be responsible for the operational recruiting of your areas, but also develop and implement strategies for related topics
  • You will train the team leads in interviewing and involve suitability diagnostic parameters to make the recruiting process as high-quality as possible

What you already bring with you

  • You have already gained experience in recruiting and a positive candidate experience is at the center of all processes for you
  • You are used to reacting flexibly to unplanned events and making quick decisions
  • You don't see recruiting as a closed process, but as a never-ending development and central component for the company's success
  • You enjoy conducting interviews and know exactly which criteria are important for assessing the fit between role and applicant
  • You speak German and English at a very good level (C1+) Our lead team is international and so will be the interviews
