How you drive the energy transition forward
- You are responsible for the documentation of our contracts and documents
- You check our contracts, supplements and annexes for completeness
- You improve our processes in all administrative areas (including updating existing checklists)
- You always have an overview when it comes to filing documents in physical and digital storage systems
- You keep an eye on the flow of documentation within the department and to external parties and are no stranger to virtual data rooms
What you already bring with you
- You have either completed a commercial, legal or notarial apprenticeship or you have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- You have already demonstrated your attention to detail many times in previous roles
- You are experienced in processing and a professional in handling a wide variety of documents
- Ideally, you have knowledge of tenancy and leasehold law or the relevant contracts
- You have good knowledge of the common MS Office systems
