How you drive the energy transition forward
- You will work with the entire Corporate Finance team on the execution of financing and M&A transactions and ensure the smooth running of the processes
- You will be responsible for due diligence processes, valuations and risk assessments
- You create financial models, forecasts and presentations to support strategic planning for investment opportunities
- You actively support the negotiation of contracts
- You build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and financing partners
What you already bring with you
- You have a university degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- You have several years of experience in investment banking, project finance or M&A processes
- You have a strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques and financial modeling
- You have already been able to actively support various transaction models and are familiar with due diligence processes
- You have the courage to make decisions after analyzing facts and weighing up solutions
