How you drive the energy transition forward
- You are the team's interface to all organizational processes. Whether appointments, seminars or travel - you have everything in view
- You are the central point of contact when it comes to creating and editing presentations.
- You work together with our HR team on the optimal onboarding of new colleagues for the Finance team.
- You are responsible for the general database maintenance and create statistics based on electronic data and documents
- You take care of office organization and also drive digitalization processes forward
What you already bring with you
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Team spirit is not just an empty buzzword for you
- Well-developed knowledge of the MS Office package is a matter of course for you
- You are business fluent in German (C1+) and have a very good command of written and spoken English (B1+)
