How you drive the energy transition forward
- You coordinate and supervise our teams on the construction sites and ensure that the installation of photovoltaic systems runs smoothly
- You are responsible for the implementation of and changes to the installation plans
- You conduct construction meetings with our customers and subcontractors
- You are responsible for the technical, qualitative and timely execution of the assigned tasks in our construction project
- You implement the health and safety regulations and their compliance and instruct the personnel
- You keep and monitor the construction diaries
What you already bring with you
- You have a degree as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering or a similar field
- You have several years of experience as a site manager (m/f/d) on large construction sites in the field of electrical installation, ideally in the photovoltaic sector
- You have already been involved in material planning and order processing activities
- You speak German to at least a business fluent level and can also communicate in English
