What you already bring with you
- You already have several years of experience in HR/people experience - you don't need a degree to do this
- People topics are close to your heart. Then you've come to the right place
- You enjoy rethinking and implementing things. The meadow won't get any greener than with us
- You don't see reliability as a necessary evil, but as a core element of working together
- You speak German and English at a very good level (C1+)
